How do I add a border around the edge of the cards?
There are different ways to add borders around your business cards. Here are instructions for two different methods.

Method 1 - add new text box border

1. Launch the Quick Biz Cards App on the iPad, open the business card you are designing
2. Tap on the "New Text Box" button in the toolbar to add a new box
3. Single tap on the new box to activate the four resize handles, drag on the handles and move the text box until box lines up with the edge of the card
4. Tap to select box again. Choose the "Frame/Border" button in the toolbar. Increase the width of the border.
5. You should now have a black dotted border. Feel free to change this to a solid border or to customize the colors.

To make it easier to continue to edit other objects with the border added, we recommend locking the position of the border. You can do this by pressing and holding on the text box added in step 2, in the popup options, select "Pin".

If desired, you may also choose to move the text box to the back-most layer, you can do this by pressing and holding on the text box and then choosing "Send to Back".

Method 2 - change card background color

1. Launch the Quick Biz Cards App on the iPad, open the business card you are designing
2. Tap on the "Color" button the toolbar and choose "Background". Select the desired color for the "Border". (Let's select Black for this example)
3. Tap on the "New Text Box" button in the toolbar to add a new text box. Change the filling of this text box to "White". Resize this text box so it's just a little smaller than the business card canvas.
4. Move box added in step 3 to the center of the canvas, "pin" it to lock its position.
5. Press and hold in the white box, choose "Send to Back"

You should now have a white business card with a black border. All the colors, both for the business card as well as the border are fully customizable.
