I'm having trouble with the in app purchase for the Pro Edition
This is potentially an App Store issue, let's try the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. On the device, open Settings > iTunes & App Store, remove your current user ID
2. Reboot the device
3. After device reboots, open the Quick Biz Cards App and try upgrading again. You will be prompted to enter your App Store iTunes ID.
In most cases, the upgrade process should take only a couple seconds to complete, but sometimes it may take longer. Please wait for the spinner to return results, it should eventually time out if it fails to make successful connections in multiple tries.

In addition, we want you to know that the App Store should only charge you once for this upgrade. Once purchased, you will not be charged again for re-installing or re-adding the upgrade.
